No. Browsing, saving garments, the cart and the whole checkout work signed out. We ask for a mobile number and email at checkout so the courier can reach you and so the order can be found later.
Link to this answerSign in with the mobile number or email you gave at checkout. A six-digit code is sent to it, and the moment the code checks out your guest orders are attached to you. There is no password anywhere on this site.
Not the contents. Each order is a fixed record of what you bought and at what price. If something is wrong, cancel it before it ships and order again — the reorder button on the old order puts the same garments back in your cart.
Link to this answerOpen the order under Account → Orders and choose Cancel order. You can cancel any time before it ships. Anything already paid is refunded, and a cash-on-delivery order with nothing paid simply closes.
Link to this answerYes, at most PIN codes. Checkout tells you as soon as you enter your PIN whether cash on delivery is available there.
Larger cash-on-delivery orders take a part-payment in advance to confirm them. Checkout shows the exact amount before you place the order, and the rest is paid at the door.
Link to this answerA failed payment does not confirm the order, and the order stays open so you can try again. Retrying adds a new attempt to the same order rather than creating a second one, so you will never be charged twice for one order by retrying.
If money left your account for an attempt that failed, the bank usually reverses it within five working days.
